This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Gujarati Calendar 2026 Pro (the “Application”), published on Google Play by Dhirajlal Zalavadiya (the “developer”, “we”, “us”) and provided as a free download. The Application is provided “AS IS.”

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require users to sign in or create an account, and does not store personal user data on external servers. All data created within the Application (such as saved Kundali records, birth details, and preferences) is stored locally on your device.

The Application may use trusted third‑party services that automatically collect limited information, such as:

• Device Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App usage statistics, screens viewed, time spent, and crash reports

This information is used strictly for analytics, crash diagnostics, performance optimization, and displaying advertisements. Specifically:

• Google Analytics for Firebase — aggregated usage analytics and feature measurement.
• Firebase Crashlytics — diagnosing app crashes and stability issues.
• Google AdMob — displaying advertisements within the Application, which may use device identifiers and cookies to serve personalized or non‑personalized ads.

Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the Application presents a consent form before any personalized advertising, and your choice can be changed at any time from the privacy options in the Application’s settings. 2. Notifications

With your permission, the Application shows daily Tithi and Ekadashi reminders. These reminders are generated and scheduled entirely on your device — no push‑notification service is used and no data is transmitted for this purpose. You may turn notifications off at any time in the Application’s settings or in your device settings.

3. Location Information

The Application uses location information (either through manual selection of your nearest city or through device location and compass permissions) solely to perform local calculations for Sunrise, Sunset, Panchang, Choghadiya, Hora, and astrological timings, as well as to operate the built‑in Hokayantra (Compass). These calculations take place locally on your device, and precise location data is not transmitted or stored on external servers.

4. Third‑Party Services

Third‑party services used by the Application for analytics, crash reporting, or advertising are governed by their respective privacy policies. No personal user data or content data is sold or shared by the developer.

5. Data Retention, Export, and Opt‑Out

All application data remains stored locally on your device. You may clear your data or stop all data collection at any time by clearing application data or uninstalling the Application. You may also limit advertising tracking or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

6. Children

The Application is intended for a general audience aged 16 and above, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us at the address above and we will address it.

7. Security

Your data is protected by your device’s security features such as encryption and screen lock. Any limited data shared with third‑party services is transmitted securely and handled according to their respective privacy policies.
