Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Imposter Game (the “Application”), published on Google Play by Dhirajlal Zalavadiya (the “developer”, “we”, “us”), handles information.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require an account, sign-in, or registration, and the Developer does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other information that directly identifies you.

Player nicknames you type in, your game settings, selected categories and game progress are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to the Developer.

The Application uses third-party services that may collect limited technical information, including the device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model and operating system version, advertising identifiers, application version, and anonymous usage and diagnostic events. This information is used to keep the Application working, understand which features are used, diagnose crashes, and deliver advertising. See section 4.

The Application does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files, and does not send push notifications.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application offers an optional paid upgrade (“Pro”), available as an auto-renewing subscription and/or a one-time purchase. Buying Pro is entirely optional; the Application is fully playable without it.

3. Advertising

For users who have not purchased Pro, the Application displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Purchasing Pro removes all advertising from the Application.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

The Developer does not sell your personal information, and does not share your data with any party other than the service providers listed above for the purposes described in this policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Game data, nicknames and settings remain on your device until you clear the Application’s stored data or uninstall the Application, which removes all information held locally.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data held about you by the Developer’s service providers, and may withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time. Such requests can be made using the contact details in section 9 and are actioned within 30 days.

Records of a purchase or subscription may be retained by the relevant application store or by RevenueCat for as long as required for billing, tax and legal purposes, even after the Application has been uninstalled.

6. Children

The Application is intended for a general audience aged 16 and above and is not directed at children. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please use the contact details in section 9 and it will be deleted.

7. Security

Because information created in the Application is stored locally, its security depends on the protections available on your device, such as a screen lock and device encryption. Data handled by the third-party services listed above is protected under their own security practices. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Application after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
